If the business doesn't net enough to pay someone to handle it, you don't have a profitable enough business.My daddy loved and lived that phrase: "Work smarter, not harder."

That changed as soon as I signed up for a phone call.I never got a call, but I did receive 3 VERY sales-pitch-y emails from them, which included the phrase "the money you desperately need," and asked me to call them.

One realtor sent me flower seeds a few weeks back with a catchy phrase like "Its time to Spring into action!"

If I see a deal from a wholesaler at, say $90K, and I find it on the MLS for $85K, that wholesaler goes into the "joke" category.

Rob wasn't joking... the bottom line is that a contract is a contract.

A lot of research should be done to see if the "expert" is really worth the $$$ you are about to pay.I should have phrased it different.

The numbers agents were getting from those deals compared to my fee for the investment analysis and accounting services was a joke so I've decided to reactivate my real estate license. 

I have 3 more to go .. only way I would build there now is lot confirmations or corner lots.. those seems to allow up sizing or zoning .. but this last one I did in a R2A zone was just a joke and took 2 freaking years to get through the city  .. crazy.. one department does not know what the other is doing.its kind of like the FBI and CIA prior to 911...  

Those penalties for prohibited transactions are no joke. 

@Brandon ReffettKiyosaki and many others who repeat this phrase are full of it, basically.There're many investors who highly leverage their properties (meaning huge loans) and show zero or almost zero taxable income, due to accelerated depreciation and other tax strategies.
