Best data analysis sites for STR

Marcelle Abel
Posted

Hi all! What are your favorite and most trusted data analysis sites for short term rentals? Since I have not 100% nailed down my location, I have not paid for a AirDna subscription so I have only been using the free estimator through BP/AirDNA. If you have any free sites (or reasonably priced) sites that I can use to get a solid estimate and compare against each other, I would great appreciate it!  Thank you!

I compare STR data on airdna's rentalizer tool against awning.com's data.

I also recommend watching the Robuilt video on youtube called 'How to analyze a Short-Term Rental investment property (Deal Analysis)' . His videos have been extremely helpful for me in learning the ins/outs of the STR process.
