I received a call today from a lady who has a mobile home that she would like to sell fast.I have never looked at mobile homes before and I really have no idea how to determine the ARV on one.Any help and pointers will be appreciated.Also is any one interested in buying mobile homes?

For instance, one time a lady called us from of a mail piece and indicated that she didn't have a phone so she would try to call us at a later date.

I do check in from time to time and still not thrilled with what I see.So now I have this little lady from Loopnet calling me every month trying to get me to subscribe again.
