Hello Ladies and Gentlemen. I'm sincerely glad I stumbled across this site. Real estate investing has always been an interest of mine, but I've never decided to take the time to learn enough to do something with it. I think the time is now. I plan on spending the next several days and weeks reading some posts and articles trying to understand all the nuances of real estate investing. Hopefully I can use some of the knowledge I learn from the site to purchase my first home for my wife and I. Again, I'm glad I found the site and look forward to getting to know some of you guys and gals.
