Determining value on a mobile home

I am a wholesaler in OKC ,OK. 

I received a call today from a lady who has a mobile home that she would like to sell fast.

I have never looked at mobile homes before and I really have no idea how to determine the ARV on one.

Any help and pointers will be appreciated.

Also is any one interested in buying mobile homes?
