This causes a moral dilemma for me as I do not like the idea of skirting the rules or trying to get over.

On the 1 hand, it makes it a more appealing time to invest, on the other hand, now I can no longer apply for a loan as I no longer have an income.

I was initially thinking about prolonging our time in the house until the entire rehab was complete but this sounds like a more efficient way to start getting cashflow and not living in a 730 sq ft box with a newborn any longer than I have to :-)

Basically looking for a more budget friendly way to contact those investors. 

I have asked her to make a video so I can show prospective tenants a more accurate use of the space than just the listed photos... no response.

Luckily they didn’t specify, so I was able to use a more competent plumber to fix the mistakes.

This is a more guaranteed solution then trying to collect from a small claims court judgment.P.S.
