Rental showings during Covid-19
I have a two rental properties that have leases up at the end of May and both tenants are moving on. I have placed my advertisements with Turbo Tenant and I am receiving plenty of replies. I absolutely want to be respectful towards the current tenants but I’ve met with total resistance from one of the tenants who refused to allow showings. I have asked her to make a video so I can show prospective tenants a more accurate use of the space than just the listed photos... no response. Now I’m getting annoyed because I’m a good and attentive landlord. In all of my leases I am allowed to show properties during the last 60 days of tenancy with 12 hours notice.....what are my rights and what are her rights?
