Newbie looking for lender advice without job only cash

Posted

My wife and I are looking to invest in Columbus, Ohio while living in Dubai, UAE.  I am a U.S. citizen while my wife is not.  We've married and lived in Dubai for last 2 years.  We just saved our target goal which is enough for a 20% down payment and 6 to 12 months minimum for beginning the process of beginning to invest in a property comfortably. Unfortunately, I have just lost my job due to the current world climate with the pandemic.  On the 1 hand, it makes it a more appealing time to invest, on the other hand, now I can no longer apply for a loan as I no longer have an income.  Now my wife works and makes good money but as she is not a U.S. citizen and does not file taxes, we cannot apply for the loan.

We are interested in understanding on what we can do to get approval for a home loan on a good interest rate.

If you need anymore information for me to provide, please let me know.  I could really use your expert help and look forward to your advice.

Thank you!

I would suggest you learn everything you can about creative deal structuring and buying subject to, as well as lease options. These strategies are going to have alot of opportunities as this pandemic subsides. You should not need a bank loan if you learn better methods. Send me a direct message and I can give you some good sources for education.
