It seems like one of the most popular states that has real estate investors. 

In my market, rents are higher in the summer because it is just a more popular time to move (better weather and the kids are out of school). 

Recently, they have become more popular for space savings in small upscale bathrooms, using the very expensive in-wall system I described earlier.

It’s really easy- in Texas we have an app and it will shoot out an estimate for you. 

Also:Does anyone have a good spreadsheet, app or website where I could estimate cost of building a house myself  - my husband is also in construction but it’s so hard to figure out all the big and small things needed.

@Aiyman Khan check MeetUp its an app that has plenty of groups that can lead you in the direction you want to go with people who live in your area.

I use Tellus App for screening and am able to manage the leads from my phone.

I've heard of some other popular ones but this must be relatively new as I didnt know Zillow did this. 

So my mind really switched from the standard working for a living at your career to considering all the possibilities for other avenues of income.So, me and a buddy had an app developed a few years back that was like a Facebook for news.
