I don't have personal experience with it, but when the app was first developed, I contacted the developer and put the app through a fairly robust test usage to see if it's something I would want to recommend to my clients (I'm a CPA).I think the app is great for its intended purpose and I do recommend it to my clients now (and have for about 18 months now).

Fortunately, most of the apps today are cloud based and have an app to make that easier.

I really would like an app or site that allows you to compile a list of properties with notes on the spot, and bonus points if it pulls up any info on the property as well. 

We provide Internet and a Smart TV, which has all the popular apps (Netflix, Hulu, AmazonPrime, Etc.) loaded on it.
