Hi there,I am a wannabe wholesaler and wondering what folks recommend having on a business card to BUYERS of deals (not sellers). 

As for playing your cards closer to your chest, hopefully that's a lesson learned.

I put in all the capital I had and maxed out several credit cards to get the rehab done.

It would be important to pay off any existing credit card debt to where it is manageable in order to increase your credit score.

Once a payment is made you will get an e-mail and the money gets deposited just like a credit card deposit.  

But other options are to take out title loans, large credit card lines with no APR.

My final criteria is the property must have been owned for over five years. 

My LLC is "Herr Property Management LLC" Didn't like my last name on my business card and I don't like explaining at networking things that I don't manage other people's properties (thought I was going to go that route when I picked the name) I'd like to do business under a different name, but keep the LLC name unchanged for simplicity sake.

@Ryan OMalleyI leveraged my credit cards to purchase my first investment property which was a duplex. 

That also comes with a shiny $10k in credit card debt from the rehab.
