Heck, you process debit cards if you insist for 1/10th the cost and non-reversible. 

I have done it with some contractors taking Paypal where you can use a credit card on that site with a fee, or QuickBooks is another one too.

Certainly will be sure to ask to see the card before signing an official agreement.Wouldn't be asking about cigarettes or cigars.

@Ryan Vienneau I'm a Buildium customer too, and it blows my mind they don't have credit card tracking in 2017.

You can buy a set of five for under $300, subscription for the recording software is $10 a month, then the cost of WiFi or hotspot.If you've already had a couple break-ins, you are obviously in a high-crime area.

I also have five gas/electric meters.
