LaShonda,250 is a good start but remember that response rates for campaigns are typically very low, we're talking typically around 0.5% so the larger your target mailing list, the better.Typically you would send out postcards first batch because it's cheaper and you will get a bounce on some and can discontinue those, then follow-up with yellow-letters.
