How to acquire "Serious" buyers??
How are y'all? My name is Patric Robertson and I am relatively new to wholesaling. I have been wholesaling part time throughout the south Mississippi area, however I have ran into a few problems. One major problem has been "location". I have acquired and put some decent homes under contract (some at almost 50-60% below retail) however, due to the location and area of the homes (them being in not the best neighborhoods) I've had this turn the heads of some cash buyers even some looking to just hold and rent. How can I acquire some serious cash buyers that may want homes like this or better (no matter of location) especially if attending my local REIA isn't really an option for me right now?? Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
