So i've been reading a couple of books on real estate investing and get an overall sense of " get off your butt and start doing"  The current book i'm reading is by Brandon Turner " the book on rental property investing" Great book and I feel like it's giving me a good path forward towards starting investment in real estate. 

I heard about this "tip" a few times from Brandon, the beardy guy :)When I brought it up to my RE agent she said it's "BS" and that they don't forward these things (photos, letters) to the seller due to HIPAA law.

A local bank here epically messed up a deal for me but I was able to salvage it (had to come up with an extra $10-15k in a day) and still closed, but their negligence did almost cost me a great deal...I was pissed but let it slide - just won’t use them again.Fast forward to yesterday, I’m talking to a dear friend who is buying her first investment property with her husband and the deal fell through epically.

Move forward with eviction.

In my search, which entailed looking at all cities that have direct flights from Santa Ana airport (in case I need to be there), I have basically narrowed my search to Phoenix, AZ and the surrounding suburbs.Looking forward to joining this great community that has been helping millions on the quest to financial freedom!

What do I need to do to get this moving forward?

I am always willing to learn and look forward to meeting new people. 

I do believe I will be looking closely at OKC going forward.
