Hello all.  New to BP and to real estate investing in the York, Pa area.  I am retired and looking to make my money work for me and for my children in the future.  My goal is to start with fixing and flipping with an eye towards buy and hold in order to generate passive income.  I am always willing to learn and look forward to meeting new people.  Thanks for having me.

Welcome @Mark Zarragoitia! Since you're local to York, PA I would highly recommend going to the local York real estate meetup. It's held on the last Tuesday of the Month at the Four Points Sheraton off Rt. 30. It starts at 7 p.m. Harry Nail, the guy that runs it, does a great job. You can download the 'meetup' app and look up real estate to find all the local REIA meetings nearby.
