I am looking "outside the box" to find extra income and provide for college educations, etc for my family.

Although there are many methods or ways to invest they all take some of your time from one degree to another.  

I have a degree in finance and my MBA.  

Account Closed  I have a potential buyer who is indeed interested, problem with him is he is a busy professor here at the local college so his email replies are few and far between until the evenings.

I have more than a few degrees hanging on my wall.  

Now, I am ready to purchase my second rental property and I was thinking to buy a single family house in College Park Maryland and rent it out to college students.

I got my degree in aerospace engineering thinking it was for me, worked in the industry for 5 years, and finally came to terms with it's not me.

I personally had this happen to me once (partial furnace failure) where my unit wouldn't reach 60 degrees but I got a $300 dollar bill in the mail.
