When I asked why he wasn't buying it, he said he was all tied up at the moment on another property or he would. 

I am SO thankful to have been turned on to networks like BiggerPockets and to see the countless people out there eager to help each other learn, and in turn grow each others businesses.I have spent every moment of my free time brainstorming, researching, and networking since the weekend.  

I am looking into wholesaling at the moment if anyone has any tips or advise I would be happy to take them. 

I am doing it in KS at this moment but I am moving to the bay area in the end of August.

I do have a little cash reserve for problems that will more than likely come up but as far as $15,000-$20,000, I just don't have it at the moment.

We are currently house hacking & weren’t really “planning” to sell at the moment.

My capital is limited at the moment.

So whether you want to label it good or bad, you are engaged in acquiring debt and using your credits to service it every moment of your life (when you sit down for a nice dinner out with your sweetie, you incur a debt that must be paid at the end of that meal. 

(Although they all seem pretty busy at the moment). 

I'm in aerospace at the moment, but I love the idea of buying property and earning and investing residual income.
