By portfolio lender, do you mean private lender, or an institution that holds paper on their loans, or both?  Chad Hargis is a private lender in Boise, If you private message me I will give you his email address and phone number.  Michael Hendrichs is an institutional portfolio lender with Veristone.  Heather Chambers with Washington Federal is a portfolio lender.  Happy to introduce you to any of these people.
