Hello Everyone,

My name is Tania from Houston, Texas and I am new to real estate and cant wait to start working on my first deal.  I am looking into wholesaling at the moment if anyone has any tips or advise I would be happy to take them.  Yesterday I went to a live seminar and just by going through the site I ve learn more here and didn't have to pay a crazy amount of money. This site is great and hope to become successful investors like yourselves.  Thank you
