Hey Everyone!

I just finished the FortuneBuilders weekend course, and while I am grateful for the eye opening introduction to this business, I immediately understood their intentions and strategy. Bottom line I was unable to afford their insane price tag, but I am dead set on moving forward in this industry. I am SO thankful to have been turned on to networks like BiggerPockets and to see the countless people out there eager to help each other learn, and in turn grow each others businesses.

I have spent every moment of my free time brainstorming, researching, and networking since the weekend.  What I've learned is, well, I have a lot more to learn.  I think I have the potential to bring a lot to the table, but I want to humble myself, listen and take direction on how to get the ball rolling and work smart.

I'm interested in learning how to get moving with wholesaling, driving for deals, evaluating properties, and networking with people actively doing flips and rentals.  In my current career I work with start-up investors who are now eager to fund our first future project, so its time to go to school.
