Lets say a 150K duplex.

Managed to safe the shower and tub in each bathroom.Knocked down walls between kitchen and living room/dining room area.

I think we are going to come on the market at 1.95  exicted about it.. we put an elevator in it..I was in a client of mine in Singapores home in Feb and he had an elevator in his 3 story home .. ( and a single family detached non lease hold home in Singapore is some big buckaroos.. but anyway it was glass like a hotel kind of cool.I was also toying with a Tesla solar roof and power wall if I could get that by the BAR.. probably not though .. lets just keep this market going for a few more years please.. :)

Looking for information on what you know about cost as I’m from out of the country...It’s in good shape from 1977 but needs to be reframed insulated and dry walled and then new electrical because right now the whole thing is exposed brick.  

@Sherwin Gonzales I'm looking to start with a duplex or a triplex and then BRRRR it.

-I'll be purchasing a multifamily property (likely a duplex) and I'll be living in one unit for least for a year, while the other side will be a rental unit. 

Unless by multi-family you mean a duplex - then this study is worth investing into.

Specifically, there have been 0 triplexes sold in this area, but a few duplexes sold. 

Hey guys I am looking into a deal of 2 duplex with (2) 3 bed 1 bath each.

So I bought a fixer upper single family house that was previously split into a duplex with the intentions of getting it rent ready and putting a mortgage on it to do a BRRRR strategy.
