2 Duplex Deal. Need advice

Hey guys I am looking into a deal of 2 duplex with (2) 3 bed 1 bath each. I’ve been working on my credit and I don’t have good enough credit nor much capital but I don’t want to miss out on this deal. This price is too good to pass on. The location is Orlando. Can anyone give me some suggestions on how I can still make this deal happen? Any possible partners?

@Omar Santaella, a word to the wise: you can't ask for "any possible partners?" on this general Forum. But if you're just asking generically: "is looking for a possible partner somewhere in my world a good idea?" then the answer is: yes.

Note: In order to market/solicit for business here on BP, you need to be a pro/plus member, and then you can scour/post in the "MARKETPLACE" Forum. Cheers...
