New Out of State Investor (CA).

Hi Everyone,

I'm a real estate investor from San Francisco, CA looking to do a few different things in the space. The first is to invest out of state in multi-tenant properties. I've learned a lot about how to do this from others in my network here in SF and I'm looking to take the plunge. The markets I'm most familiar with are the Spokane, WA area and the Tampa/Valrico/Lakeland part of Florida (hometown). I welcome advice from anyone since I'm a total newbie.

My professional background is in tech sales and finance, but I can't wait to get deeply involved in real estate. I found Bigger Pockets about 6 months ago and have been devouring content without getting into "paralysis-by-analysis" mode.

Excited to be here!
