Wholesaling a Triplex

Hey all,

I posted a few weeks ago that I was starting a marketing campaign and I did it! I have been extremely happy with the results and gotten more calls than I expected. I have an appointment this weekend to see a triplex that seems like my best chance for a deal so far. My question is, how do you price an MAO for a triplex when you are trying to flip it? What strategies do you use? Specifically, there have been 0 triplexes sold in this area, but a few duplexes sold. I ran the numbers using the BP wholesale calculator specifically for rentals, but I feel like the numbers are hard to estimate with so few comps. ANY advice would be helpful. Thanks.
