Fort Lauderdale has the lowest permit fees and an entire department setup so it's a seamless process.

I am finding that you get more for your money in Fort Wayne, South Bend, Goshen, etc.

So my question is, what is your experience in FORT MILL, SOUTH CAROLINA? 

And Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor and situated 30mins away from Downtown Dallas and Downtown Fort Worth respectively.

I just left Fort Polk last month (I was with 3rd BDE).

I'm somewhat uneducated when it comes to rentals, flipping has been my forte' for 15 years, but I'm looking to move into the buy-and-hold type properties.
