But you may want to see if there are aspects of RE she may be interested in.

After reading your initial post on this topic I did some quick research on the NJF process includinghttp://www.rackemann.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/Foreclosure-Guide.pdf and agree it may have a judicial aspect to it. 

The other aspect is that while there is a housing shortage in US, it's not in areas like ours. 

Communication is a huge aspect that you should consider.
