Using the BRRRR method, we can Buy, Rehab and Rent it out without any need for outside funding or approval from anyone.

I live and operate in a rural area outside of Atlanta. 

Also, they don't want the landlords to get emotional about small things (i.e. clutter).Solution:  While you can't go inside with them, that doesn't mean you can't meet them outside. 

My companies biggest focus is providing value to both the new renters with better housing than what is currently available while ensuring our buyer's returns will allow them to keep growing outside of overpriced markets.

I work with the 1-9 unit range so having 10 would fall outside my options and it would be harder for me to source/qualify my clients.

Here in PA, there is a new pipeline being built right through residential neighborhoods outside Philadelphia.

There will be investors there who might be interested in investing in HK/investing outside of HK. 

I know I would like wifi, a nice area to sit outsite, cook outside, maybe tourist information in the rooms, Just a few thoughts!!
