Personally I'd love to have a mentor that will guide me through finding and closing my first apartment complex deal, teach me creative financing and what they know in general, and if they deliver on their end I will deliver on my end and take care of them by giving them a stake in the deal which will continue to give and pay back ongoing month after month, and when the property sells they will be generously compensated again.
