Major areas like Lansing, Battle Creek, and Kalamazoo  are great do to diverse employers and there closeness to larger Cities.

One unit has a gas leak where the gas comes into the structure and a crack in the furnace box (crack in furnace box red tagged when turning gas on after termite treatment, gas to unit turned off yesterday due to unrelated gas leak recognized by the smell). 

They didn't like the smell of pledge, so I guess thats a thing, but they opened every window in the house to air it out.  

@Netra Krishnappa its difficult to advise you without knowing everything, but something smells fishy in this transaction. 

Natural gas has no natural smell.

Do they have lots of cash on hand for a legal battle over changing the documents?

Sounds like a mistake on their part, but due to the company silos they are putting in place as they grow ever larger it may be an uphill battle to get it remedied.
