Tell me about your best deals in Michigan, and why I should make my first deal there?

Hey Gus! There are many great deals in Michigan, Specifically Mid and West Michigan. It's more about our price point and affordability.

It's typically to find SF and Multis priced between 140-180 that has great returns. For instance, a buyer of mine was able to close on a three unit for $140,000 with 5k in seller paid closing cost that rented for $1825 in mid michigan. That was just this month.

I'd be happy to run through other scenarios like this with you. Shoot me a PM if interested.
