Here in SE MI we can start the eviction process and the judge will simply require the tenant to submit their portion of the application for state aid.

Let the tenant know that if the property goes under contract before their move-out date, you'll offer them an incentive (maybe $250), to be paid out only after they've vacated the premises, delivered the keys, and submitted the Move-Out Inspection Form.

I started shopping around with a few different lenders on Friday, but only one has gotten back to me with concrete numbers after I submitted a loan app.
