You can also look on Hubzu, auction.com, craigslist, etc.You can go to local REIA meetings and network with folks there.  

On searching the MLS: I would network at your local bigger pockets meet up, if there isn't one then start one.

For you that have been here awhile, Are there any BP meet ups?
