Partnering Up to Learn

Hello!

I am new to real estate investing but I would like to jump into it already.  I would love to meet up with anyone in the Greater Seattle Area to start a fix and flip!  It does not matter to me one bit if they are working in this market or elsewhere in the country, I simply want to learn and be exposed to the highs and lows of the business.  I have some capital, I just want to learn how to find deals and the whole process.  I will work for free no questions asked.

While I understand this may be a ludicrous offer I am proposing, I know this is what I want to do with my life and can think of no better way to learn.  I hope one can understand and relate to the passion and desire of a newbie and take me under their wing :)
