I'm planning to use the contract that I've gained from a friend who has 40+ properties2. 1 house is rented and one vacant3.

The goal is to learn more and make some new friends.

FYI: I was a long-term resident of the GTA and have family/friends all over Southern Ontario including your area.

I have had a few friends that invested in that area before and were successful.

They are very user friendly.

They also shouldn't be trying to turn over units too frequently to make more money on tenant placement.

Quick question can the property be rented to family and friends.

Wondering if anyone else has worked with any good carpenters/framers in the southeastern ma area who are investor friendly?
