Hey Everyone! I am ready to start looking for my first flip. We are currently looking in the Beloit Wisconsin area. I have had a few friends that invested in that area before and were successful. Just wondering if anyone else has any other input before I make the jump. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@Casandra M. Thanks for your input! We already have a good contractor that lives in the Beloit area that we know so I am not too concerned about that. We are looking to buy, flip, and sell so I will definitely keep you updated! And we are going after foreclosures as well which will hopefully lead to higher returns, but definitely have some homework to do!
