Creating a website... Looking for ideas!

Hello all! I've decided to create a website, so I'm looking for ideas. At a minimum, I'd like the website to generate leads, tell customers about myself, and collect rent. I'm also thinking about storing lease documents on the website and creating a way for tenants to submit help request online.  

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions for creating a good website? Also, do you know of a good website I could visit to get ideas?

I've used both weebly and wix, and recommend them. They are very user friendly.
