Is there a trick where your shopping for loans and then you get some credit cards?

Would love if some smart person had some ideas. 

So, you need to trust that when YOU manage the property that YOU can manage it to AT LEAST the Expected result and hopefully a little better if you do smart things and worse case you end up somewhere between Expected and Worst cases.

I’ve came to a realization that it is probably smart to shadow some REI through some flips.

I would definitely shop the deal to a well known company you like/ use so you are aware of options are available to you. 

There's a very good chance they'll be smart enough to save that money up and use it to purchase a home, which means you donated money to help them buy a house and build wealth.
