Best Conventional Loan for Beginners
Hello all,
I am looking to buy my first rental property and am looking to start by using a conventional loan. The question I have is, is it better to go with a well-known brick and mortar bank, such as PNC? Or, is it better to look at options such as Rocket Mortgagae?
