What are you opinions on the tax and legal strategies of Renatus?  

@Nathan Goodlove I'm not sure if it's necessary to use an attorney as a registered agent, but it's probably a good idea to consult with one before you attempt to do something inherently legal such as asset protection.

Does anyone know if its legal to do this in the State of Oregon, i have tried to contact real estate agents and have been told that they would call back and still havent received that call.

Again, everything has a value.... but be sure to put a big enough value on your time/effort when dealing with the city/legal/code side of things.As far as multi being different that SFR as far as the BRRRR strategy is concerned.
