Hey BP,

I met up with my Brother this weekend at my Father's 90th birthday party. We got to speaking about real estate investing. I was able to share the knowledge I'd gained from BiggerPockets and he was impressed enough to say, "I have money to invest, but I'm scared about investing and I don't know enough about real estate. All I know is that it's time." He now trusts me to invest his money, and I'd like to start building him a Buy & Hold portfolio of rental income properties. The BRRRR strategy might work for him, but his ability to manage contractors might be problematic. My Brother lives right outside of Atlanta, GA, in Murrieta, GA. I live in Southern California. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Based on what I know from BP, I'll need a RE Agent/Broker, Property Listings, Property Manger(s), Contractor(s), and a Hand Man.

Like I said, I want to build him a portfolio.  So, if you, or anyone you know, are looking for a long term investment client/partner, please let me know.

Thanks!!
