The Tax and Legal Side of Renatus

Hi BP Network,

I'm new to the RE world but have really caught the fire.  I've started house hacking and I'm currently working on my first flip.  I adore BP.

Recently I was approached by a long-time Renatus member.  He really is a great guy and I don't fear the scam that many complain about but I feel strongly that whatever education they can provide (from $2-20k) can be found on BP and in other RE books for much less.  I'd much rather put my savings toward a deal or my own mortgage.  Nevertheless I see the referral side of the company as a great potential to have my own business and take advantage of the tax write-offs.  Working with the Renatus network as a actual side-job could be very advantageous from a tax standpoint right?

What are you opinions on the tax and legal strategies of Renatus?  Are they worth buying into the program?
