They pulled the listing and relisted it with and ARV of 290K......which no comp could be found to support......I'm really not impressed with any of the wholesalers, I have met..........However, they are going to keep jacking up the prices if they can keep selling them to people who can't or don't see the need to run a simple comp on google.

In fact, I recently bought one through Clever Investor which is in my area (Your First Flip) and I gotta say, it is excellent so far with a lot of detailed information, usable forms, etc, so I'm impressed and feel it has been worth the investment.

I was under the impression we couldn't ask details about a person's disabilities... and given this text from HUD, it sounds like we would have to ask more questions to find out if the person HAS a disability, which also has a related need for an assistance animal.What keeps the tenant from flat out LYING about their Disability and "need" for a service animal?
