How do i build a relationship with brokers without POF? wholesale

I want to connect with brokers and get in their circle. How do i get in their circle without Proof of Funds?

The only way to get in a broker's "inner circle" is to close deals with them.  You can start to build a relationship with them but you'll never be in the inner circle without closing.  They might make you feel like you are, and they'll even give you some off-market deals, but they are really just giving you the deals that they know their real inner circle buyers wouldn't want (the crap deals).
