Having found the Bigger Pockets YouTube channel, about 6 weeks ago maybe, I figured this was the best place to start. 

After taking professional consultations and relevant studies, my focus is Wholesaling, and later on buy & hold and some fix & flips (mostly SFHs but not exclusive).My area of focus now is Huntsville & Birmingham, AL.I am planning to deploy several techniques and channels to generate leads and make many calls and text messages.I'd appreciate any tips such best zip codes in Huntsville and Birmingham suited to look for such deals, or what are the worst (high crime areas) that I should stay away from ?

Hello I have just placed a bid on a HUD property and was wanting feed back from my fellow Biggerpockets of my chances of me winning a bid I went over 1500.00 on the price of the listing.

They are feeding you full of crap.

Honestly Excel is working fine...sure having transactions feed in is great, but if you're disciplined to keep your spreadsheet somewhat up to date, it might be worth it to just do excel. 

Motivated sellers reaching out to you through online and offline channels.

I have to keep feeding the beast (time and money) to keep it alive.
