New Investor in Huntsville & Birmingham - Need tips & networking

Hi everyone,

My name is Leeor, and I did some personal real estate investing in the past but now I've decided to do this full time as a profession with group of investors I represent. After taking professional consultations and relevant studies, my focus is Wholesaling, and later on buy & hold and some fix & flips (mostly SFHs but not exclusive).

My area of focus now is Huntsville & Birmingham, AL.

I am planning to deploy several techniques and channels to generate leads and make many calls and text messages.

I'd appreciate any tips such best zip codes in Huntsville and Birmingham suited to look for such deals, or what are the worst (high crime areas) that I should stay away from ?

Above all, at the end of day, the people around you is the most important factor to be successful. So, I would love to connect with real estate agents, cash buyers and wholesalers, as well professionals (contractors, photographers, handymen, property mangers) that work with investors in these areas.

Thank you for your help and best of luck to everyone.

Leeor

It’s nice to have you in Birmingham (and Huntsville)! Two excellent investment markets and overall great places to live!

I’m an investor, licensed agent, and property manager here in Birmingham/Huntsville and my job is 90% networking. Would love to introduce you to anyone you think would help in your journey. Also happy to share my experience/thoughts on any particular area.

Feel free to reach out to me via DM or at the email/number in my signature if you want to chat!
