Zoom towns with a higher-paid occupancy rate The last Key Data report shows how some leisure destinations had an increase in it’s paid occupancy rate during the Labor Day weekend, outperforming their last year indicators.

The area is always expanding the business district as well as downtown, from Access to low cost regional talent, competitive real estate cost, strong work ethics and excellent facilities for sports, shopping, leisure and healthcare.

Which sector would you suggest I look in to achieve those results/  ie: 55+ communities, Syndicates, Apartment complexes, Single Family etc.

If you have a public sector job and/or enough in your retirement plans to backstop the heloc and you have a very good deal, it could be appropriate since it will be the cheapest loan you will find.

Then, if someone wants to show i require a picture of their driver's license and phone number. i then give them the code to the lockbox with stipulations to see the property between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm. they can see at their own leisure, they just have to let me know when they are through. i do inform them someone will be swinging by afterwards to check in (i dont specify when). i adapted this from my property manager (i have a PM for long distance properties, but self manage the local ones). she has used it for years with no issues. i still swing by the property periodically to make sure everything is okay, but it prevents having to physically be there everytime someone wants to see it.

As a result of this demand environment, multifamily construction was the first sector of the industry to recover to relatively normal conditions, which were achieved in construction terms by 2015.

While I will definitely use this property periodically for personal leisure, I am seeking for ST rental income to fully cover expenses (and then some).

Cash flow is important, but I also don't want to be in a stagnated sector or market where there will never be any real appreciation or is already capped.
