Looking at managing a property long distance in the Charleston, WV area. Trying to decide how to handle keys, tours, and inspections. Any suggestions?

Totally agree with @Steven Foster Wilson , get a property management company run your rental. and just another advantage, a property management company has the benefit of being viewed and treated as a professional entity. That means fewer excuses and more rent paid on time.
