I meant that the more units one has, the more you have to juggle, per se, making management more of a task and burdensome.

Sorry for the late responses, juggling a few things in my day to day lol.     

Trying to juggle being a broker and working a 730-430p job was very difficult and stressful but I managed to do it for a little over a year before I quit my job and went full time into real estate. 

You could get stuck juggling, but I guess some people can do it.

I'm holding off on doing any updates and starting eviction process until early spring as I have a wedding I'm currently planning for December and will not have the time to juggle both.

Diversifying is definitely a good long-term goal, but you don't need to juggling investments in three different cities right off the bat.

Money is still tight, any movement and the juggling status quo will change from oranges to flipping knives.

It can be a juggling act but as mentioned I have heard some inspirational stories of military members that have invested in real estate from afar.

Something about juggling 4-6 different personalities/egos (listing agent, buyers agent, buyers, sellers, and then you can even through in appraisers and lenders) throughout a 30-45 day process to make 3-5k doesn't do much for me. 

Thats the feeling we are getting with regards to juggling purchases, rehabs, with management.
