Hello my name is Katherine. I live in San Jose, but I own rental property in San Antonio. I bought the property in San Antonio pretty much as a turnkey investment.

I'm not sure what to say here because I'm kind of feeling like a kid in a candy store. I've been listening to the podcasts, and I keep changing my mind. At first I was interested in turnkey investing, then commercial real estate, then notes.

The most productive thing I've done was use the cash flow analysis from J Scott to evaluate my existing real estate property. It's OK, but just barely. I definitely had a very different idea of how my property was doing versus what I finally figured out with the spreadsheet.

Regards, Katherine
